What we collect

When you fill out the apply form on this site, you give us your name, phone number, TLC hack license number, and the shifts you can work. When you call or text us, we keep a record of the conversation so the next person who picks up your call knows where you left off.

What we do with it

We use it to call you back, run the standard checks any TLC medallion lessor runs (DMV, hack license, insurance), and decide which shift to put you on. That's it. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

Who sees it

The people who run the office and the dispatcher. Plus our insurance broker and our accountant when we need to. No outside marketing companies, ever.

How long we keep it

If you start driving with us, for as long as you drive plus seven years (state recordkeeping requirement). If you apply but don't start, twelve months, then we delete it.

Your choices

Call the office at (212) 957-9200 and ask us to delete your record. We'll do it within seven days and confirm by text or call.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics that tie back to you personally. We use Cloudflare for hosting; Cloudflare keeps standard server logs (IP address, timestamp, page requested) for security and uptime — those are deleted after 30 days.
